Ass Parade : I predict that this drinking venue by the Main Stage shall enjoys immense popularity in the days to come. If they keep up the hereby demonstrated standards of entertainment that is ;^)

Converse : In addition to the 60+ cultural venues provided by Sziget Festival, there are countless sponsor spots offering entertainment of every flavor. While the stages are still dark, these sponsor spots are hopping with the more than 50,000 people who have showed up on theIsland on the day of Iron Maiden's pre-festival concert.

Shower : According to weather reports, we will be topping the tremperature chart for the week tomorrow. As the mercury climbs to its peak, the water misters are no longer just for fun, but are just about essential.

Tent : Two days before the official start of the Sziget Festival, the gates opened for those wishing to set their tents up for the duration. It took minimal amounts of time for the islanders to get comfortable.

Dalmat : The French Have Arrived : Over the past few years the French presence has gradually grown into a significant force, both in the way of performers and visitors. Along the way Dalmat has become their stronghold, and the French will crowd the place every Sziget night.

Katlan Toni's Kitchen : 400,000 people will be generously fed at Sziget Festival once again, and as can be seen: Katlan Toni will do his part to make sure no one goes home hungry.

Graffiti : The innumerable venues all slice out a piece of island ground for their activities with large fences, come covered for additional privacy. Needless to say plain white coverings quickly transform into (often unsolicited) artwork at the hands of the omnipresent urban artists.

View From Budapest Castle Hill : While hanging out in Budapest awaiting the Festival days, I took Gilles to some of the must see Budapest sites, among them, to Castle Hill. It was a perfect night for taking a pano: clear, crisp, barely any tourists. Free parking on Sundays, to boot ;^)

Summer On The Chain Bridge : 'On the hottest weekends of the summer the Chain Bridge, one of the symbols of Budapest, will once again be the domain of strollers, the curious, fun-lovers, shoppers and above all, the arts.

Each weekend we have different surprises and programmes in store for children and adults already in the mornings: there will be fire jugglers, devil stick jugglers, clay whistlers, musicians, dancers and street artists.'
